Sweet Bean Soup Recipe
Ingredients
1 lb. dried mung beans or dried red beans
7 cups water
1 cup sugar
Directions
Rinse beans in cold water.
Place rinsed beans and 7 cups water in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat.
Simmer 3 to 4 hours until beans are tender.
Stir in sugar.
