Sweet Apple Muffins Recipe
Even James Bond was not able to access this highly classified recipe of Sweet Apple Muffins. Now I am outing it for all on the web. It is a great Snack. I will look forward to your feedback.
Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated apple
Directions
Beat egg; add milk and oil.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir only until moistened.
Fold in grated apple.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Sprinkle on Nut-Crumb Topping.
Bake at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
