Sweet And Tangy Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up | ||
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion soup mix package | 1 | |
| 1 cup bottled Russian dressing | ||
| Apricot preserves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup pineapple preserves | ||
Directions
Arrange chicken in 2-quart oblong glass baking dish.
In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion soup mix, dressing and preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Convection Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
