|Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Golden raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned sliced peaches in heavy syrup||8 Ounce, drained chopped (1 Can)|

|Grated ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|

Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce to low and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.
