Sauce
 
1/2 cup butter, melted
 
1 tbsp lemon juice
 
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp prepared mustard
 
1 tsp salt
 
Pinch of pepper
 
2 lbs fresh turbot fillets
 
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients.
Set aside.
Dredge fillets with bread crumbs.
Place in a buttered ovenproof dish.
Coat with sauce.
Cook in oven 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
