 Spareribs360 Gram
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon (Marinade:)
 Sherry1 Teaspoon (Marinade:)
 Onions spring3 , chopped (Marinade:)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Marinade:)
 Sugar2 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Water2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Cornflour1 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sesame oil1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)

Directions

Chop the spareribs into 5-cm (2-in) pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry the spareribs for 2 minutes, remove and drain.
Mix the remaining marinade with the seasoning sauce.
with 1 tablespoon of oil stir-fry the onion and garlic for 15 seconds, add the seasoning sauce and stir until it thickens.
Keep warm.
Re-heat the deep fat and fry the spareribs again until they are dark brown - about 1 minute.
Drain and add to the seasoning sauce.
Mix well.
