Sesame Enhanced Sweet And Sour Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
| Spareribs | 360 Gram | |
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon (Marinade:) | |
| Sherry | 1 Teaspoon (Marinade:) | |
| Onions spring | 3 , chopped (Marinade:) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Marinade:) | |
| Sugar | 2 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) | |
| Sesame oil | 1/2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:) |
Directions
Chop the spareribs into 5-cm (2-in) pieces and marinate for 30 minutes.
Deep-fry the spareribs for 2 minutes, remove and drain.
Mix the remaining marinade with the seasoning sauce.
with 1 tablespoon of oil stir-fry the onion and garlic for 15 seconds, add the seasoning sauce and stir until it thickens.
Keep warm.
Re-heat the deep fat and fry the spareribs again until they are dark brown - about 1 minute.
Drain and add to the seasoning sauce.
Mix well.
