Sweet And Sour Sesame Chicken Recipe
Ingredients

| Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry sherry | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Onion | 1 , quartered | |
| Mushrooms | 6 Ounce, canned | |
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| Water chestnuts | 8 Ounce, canned | |
| Bamboo shoots | 8 Ounce, drained | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon, blended | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Tablespoon |
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Arrange chicken in an ovenproof dish. Combine plum sauce, vinegar, stock, sherry and ginger and pour over chicken. Cover and bake 40 minutes.
2 Add vegetables, return to oven and cook a further 15 minutes. Remove chicken and vegetables to a heated serving dish.
3 Thicken remaining liquid with blended cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
