Sweet And Sour Prawns Recipe

| 5 ml / 1 tsp ground ginger | ||
| 60 ml / 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce | ||
| 15 ml / 1 tbsp granulated sugar | ||
| 60 ml / 4 tbsp tomato ketchup | ||
| Tomatoes | 4 , sliced | |

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Wash and clean the prawns.
2)Take a browning dish and preheat on power for 4 minutes.
MAKING
3) Heat oil and stir in prawns for, cover and cook for 4 minutes on power, ensure to stir frequently.
4) Set the prawns aside and reserve the juices.
5) Reheat the browning dish on power for 1 minute and add crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, ginger, salt, and pepper.
6) Cook on power for 1 minute.

7) Serve the prawns with fresh tomatoes.
