Sweet And Sour Pork With Beef Oxo Recipe
Ingredients

| White vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Boiling water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| White vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 tbsp. soya sauce | ||
| 6 beef Oxo cubes | ||
| Boiling water | 6 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cans pineapple chunks and juice | ||
| Green peppers | 4 To taste, chopped | |
| Onions | 5 , chopped | |
| 1 head celery, sliced on slant | ||
Directions
Simmer pork in 1/2 cup vinegar and 4 cups water until tender.
Combine Oxo cubes with pineapple juice, water and water from cooking pork to make 11 cups.
Add soya sauce, 1 1/2 cups vinegar, salt, and cornstarch combined with brown sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add cubed pork and vegetables.
Cook in covered container in 325°F oven until vegetables are tender.
Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
Serve over rice.
