Sweet and Sour Pork Recipe
|Cooked pork||8 Ounce, boned, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Canned pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Green bell pepper strips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), separated into rings|
|Pineapple juice||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (No Sugar Added)|
|Rice vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1 Tablespoon (Plus Teaspoon)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|

1) In a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, add the pork cubes, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, celery, mushrooms and onion rings together, toss well to mix.
2) In a small bowl, stir the pineapple juice, cornstarch, soy sauce vinegar and salt, until the cornstarch is dissolved, then pour over the pork mixture.
3) Cover with a plastic wrap and microwave on High for 10 minutes, stirring 1 or 2 times, until thoroughly heated.
Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
4) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
