Sweet And Sour Pork Pepper Stir Fry Recipe
Ingredients
| Boneless pork | 3/4 pound | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetables | 1 Bag (1kg) | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 jar (14 ounces) sweet and sour sauce | ||
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
Directions
Cut pork into thin strips.
In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add pork; stir-fry until pork is browned.
Add vegetables and water; cover and cook over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Uncover; stir in sweet and sour sauce and pineapple. Cook until heated through. Serve over rice, if desired.
