Ingredients

 
2-3 Lbs. Pork Meat (butt roast, pork chop, loin, or any kind)
 
1 Med. Bell Pepper, cubed
 
2 Med. Carrots, sliced 2 Stalks Celery, sliced
 
3-4 Green Onions, cut in 1" pieces (white part only)
 
1 Medium Onion, chopped or sliced
 
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
 
1/4 Cup Vinegar
 
1/4 Cup Sugar
 
2 Tbs. Lemon Juice
 
2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
 
1 Clove Garlic, smashed
 
1 Cup Water
 
Flour
 
Oil
 
1 Tsp. Accent or MSG
 
1 Big Tomato, sliced into wedges

Directions

Cut meat into serving pieces.
Marinate meat with 2 tbs lemon juice, 2 tbs soy sauce & smashed garlic for 1 hour.
While marinating the meat, prepare the vegetables and set aside.
Coat meat with flour well; brown meat until golden.
Drain on paper towel.
Arrange fried meat in a 3 quart casserole dish and keep it warm.
In the same pan, pour off some of the oil; leave about 3 tbs Saute' onions until limp, then add all the vegetables and cook 5 minutes.
Stir it once.
Put all together the water, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and accent.
Put 1/4 cup water in a cup and stir in 1 tbs flour and add to the liquid mixture.
Pour the liquid mixture into the vegetables, stirring constantly.
Cook until the sauce thickens and is bubbly.
Pour mixture on the meat.
