Sweet And Sour Lobsters With Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster meat | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Plain flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tbsps. soya sauce | ||
| 2 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| 4 slices pineapple, drained an, cubed | ||
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 2 tbsps. cornflour with 1/2 cup water | ||
| Wine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salad oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Clean and cut lobsters into bite size pieces and marinate with 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, soya sauce and wine for 25 minutes.
Heat the oil, roll each piece of lobster in flour and dip into beaten egg and drop them one by one into the hot oil.
Fry until golden brown.
In a pan mix salad oil, water, vinegar, rest of the sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
Bring to the boil and add pineapple pieces.
Mix cornflour with water and add to the boiling mixture.
Add lobster pieces and mix well so that they are well coated with the sauce.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
