Sweet And Sour Kamut Pasta Recipe

I originally made this Sweet And Sour Kamut Pasta for my husband who like the sweet and sour flavor but I can't stop eating it now! One bite of this Sweet And Sour Kamut Pasta and you will be hooked. Go for it

Ingredients

 
8-oz pkg (240 g) Spirals
 
15-oz can (450 g) Kidney Beans, drained
 
15-oz can (450 g) Black Beans, drained
 
1 red pepper, diced
 
2 bunches green onions, diced
 
3 tbs (45 ml) dried basil
 
DRESSING:
 
1/3 cup (80 ml) Brown Rice or Red Wine Vinegar
 
1/3-1/2 cup (80-120 ml) Olive Oil
 
1/4 cup (60 ml) Barley Malt
 
1/3 cup (80 ml) Shoyu Soy Sauce

Directions

Cook spirals as package directs, rinse, drain.
Add drained beans, diced red pepper, green onions and basil.
Prepare Dressing, mix into pasta.
