 Onion1 Tablespoon, chopped (Marinade:)
 Ginger1 Teaspoon, chopped (Marinade:)
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), chopped (Marinade:)
 Vinegar4 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sugar4 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Soy sauce1 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Water4 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)

Directions

Remove the skin and cut the fish into 3-cm (1 -in) strips; marinate for 20 minutes.
Cut the onion into thick slices.
Deep-fry the fish slices for 2 minutes and drain well.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and fry the sliced onion until it is transparent but not brown; remove from the pan.
Add another tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the chopped onion, ginger and garlic for 15 seconds.
Pour in the seasoning sauce and bring to the boil.
Add the fish and onion, mix well and serve.
