Ingredients
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c sugar
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 c pineapple juice/water
1/4 c rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
1-2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp red pepper, chopped
Dash of cilantro and pepper
Directions
1. Mix pineapple with cornstarch.
2. Add sugar, vinegar, ketchup, soy sauce and mix it.
3. Add pepper, cilantro, black pepper, mix it well.
4. Heat oil in pan and add the sauce mixture to it.
5. Add cornstarch mixture.
6. Cook until thick.
