 Soya sauce : 2 tbsp
 Corn flour1 Tablespoon
 Oil1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar2 Tablespoon
 Soya sauce : 4 tbsp
 Vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Tomato puree6 Tablespoon
 Water : 2 1/2 cups
 Aji-no-moto : 1/2 tsp
 Tobasco1 Teaspoon
 Corn flour2 Tablespoon
 Capsicum : 2 quartered
 Onion : 1 quartered
 Carrots : 4, sliced wedge-wise
 Cucumber : 1 cut into wedges along with the
 Peel removing the seeds

Directions

1. Remove chicken pieces from bones and cut into fine pieces.
2. Mix with eggs and other ingredients.
3. Form into small pakoras and fry in hot oil; keep aside.
4. Saute all the vegetables slightly but allow them to retain their colour.
5. Mix the number 2 ingredients and bring to boil.
6. Add chicken pakoras and sauted vegetables and cook for 3 minutes,.
7. Add cornflour mixed to a paste with water and let it thicken.
8. Sprinkle aji-no-moto, soya sauce and serve hot.
