3/4 pound cabbage cut in strips 1/2-inch wide (6 cups)
1 cup no salt tomato sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup raisins
1 large clove garlic, chopped
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon onion powder
Dash white pepper (optional)
1 1/2 cups cooked great northern beans, drained

1) In a large saucepan, mix together all ingredients except beans.
2) Allow the cabbage mixture to come to a boil, stirring constantly.
