Ingredients

 Shredded cabbage1
 Onion1 , finely chopped
 Tomato1 , chopped
 Apple or grapes, chopped, 3/4 cup
 Lemon juice1 Tablespoon
 Green chillies2 , finely chopped
 Cinnamon powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Sugar, 2 to 3 teaspoons
 Ghee, 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Cook cabbage in salted boiling water.
Use a little more water than required to cook the cabbage.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry onion.
After 2 minutes, add tomato and apple and continue cooking for two minutes more.
Add green chillies, cinnamon, pepper, salt and sugar.
Stir in cabbage and cook for further two minutes on low fire.
Remove from fire.
Sprinkle lemon juice.
