Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium (1 ½ to 2 quart) microwave proof casserole or dish combine butter, brown sugar and melt in microwave for 1 minute
2. Stir in cabbage and apple, vinegar and season according to taste.
3. Return to the microwave and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring once, until cabbage is limp.
