Ingredients

 Chinese Cabbage500 Gram
 Ground black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Chillis2 , dried
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Vinegar1 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sugar1 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Water1 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Pinch salt and monosodium glutamate
 Sesame oil1 1/2 Tablespoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Wash and tear the cabbage into 8-cm (3-in) pieces.
Deseed and shred the chilli.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying-pan, fry the pepper and chilli for 1 minute, then add the cabbage and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the seasoning sauce and cook for another minute.
Serve sprinkled with sesame oil.
