Sweet And Sour Bitter Gourd Recipe

Ingredients
| Bitter gourd | 4 Large | |
| Sugar | 3 Teaspoon, powdered | |
| Onion | 1 Large, finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Green chilli | 1 , finely chopped | |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Coriander leaves, finely chopped | ||
| 2 tablespoons thick tamarind | ||
| Mint, finely chopped | ||
| Water | ||
| Ginger | 1/2 , finely chopped | |
| Ghee | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Wash and peel the gourd and split on one side lengthwise.
Remove all the seeds, and parboil the gourd in salted water.
Mix the onion, green chilli, coriander, mint, ginger, sugar, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and tamarind water.
Heat one tablespoon ghee, add the mixture and Cook till the onion is quite soft.
Stuff the bitter gourd with the mixture and put them in a large pan with any stuffing that may be left over and the remaining ghee.
Place on a very low fire and add a quarter cup of water.
Cover and cook for six or ten minutes till the gourd becomes quite soft.
