Sweet And Sour Bean Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients
| Mung bean sprouts | 1 pound | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Wine vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil | ||
| Black pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Directions
1. Put the sprouts in a saucepan with the water, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
2. Drain well and cool.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the sprouts. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight. The sprouts will keep in the refrigerator for a week or so.
