Directions

GETTING READY
1. For salad dressing, mash and puree strawberries.

MAKING
2. For salad dressing, in a small bowl combine together mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon zest, sesame oil, baking crumble, sugar, white wine vinegar, poppy seed, strawberry puree, and beer. Whisk and bring them together. Keep aside.
3. In a large bowl, add red bell pepper, green bell pepper, salad green, yellow bell pepper, red onion, carrot, mushroom, strawberry, and sun dried tomatoes.
4. Pour dressing in salad. Add grated cheese, and mix them well.

SERVING
5. Serve salad with strawberry garnish.
