Prepare dough as for Swedish Bread and let rise.
Shape dough by rolling into oblong sheet 1/4 inch thick.
Spread with 2 tbsp. softened fat.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar mixed with 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 cup chopped blanched almonds, 1/4 cup raisins, 1/4 cup citron slivers.
Roll lighty with rolling pin to press in fruit, then roll up like a jelly roll.
Join ends to form ring.
Cut gashes with scissors and pat into shape.
Glaze top with egg white.
Let rise and bake in hot oven of 400° F. for 30 min.
