Swedish Pancakes Recipe
Swedish Pancakes are wonderful breakfast. Serve it with powdered sugar, preserved fruits and butter and maple syrup. You can make the Swedish pancakes on Sunday morning and enjoy your start of your holiday.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour- 1 ¼ cups
Salt-to taste
Baking powder-1 ½ teaspoons
Sugar-1 tablespoon
Egg -3
Milk-2 ½ cups
Oil-for frying
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
2)Add eggs and milk and mix.
3)Take a skillet and heat it, add oil and coat the bottom of skillet.
4)Drop batter by tablespoonsful into skillet and spread.
5)Cook until lightly browned on both sides.
6)Remove pancakes and keep hot until served.
SERVING
7)Serve the pancakes, sprinkled with powdered sugar, with sauce of your choice.
