Nutmeg Swedish Meatballs Recipe

| Veal | 1 Pound | |
| 2 Ige. potatoes, riced | ||
| Cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 6 plain zwieback, ground | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, grated | |
| Eggs | 4 , beaten | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of nutmeg and ginger | ||
| Flour | ||
| Milk | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Grind meats together twice.
Combine all ingredients except flour and milk.
Roll into small balls.
Roll in flour.
Brown and cover with milk.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
