Ingredients

 Round steak3 Pound
 Pork2 Pound
 Veal1 Pound
 2 Ige. potatoes, riced
 Cream1 Cup (16 tbs)
 6 plain zwieback, ground
 Onion1 Small, grated
 Eggs4 , beaten
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Dash of nutmeg and ginger
 Flour
 Milk
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Grind meats together twice.
Combine all ingredients except flour and milk.
Roll into small balls.
Roll in flour.
Brown and cover with milk.
Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
