Easy Swedish Meatballs Recipe

| Bacon drippings | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Canned tomato sauce | 16 Ounce | |
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coarsely chopped ripe olives | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |

Directions
Allow to stand a few minutes.
Add ground beef; mix lightly.
Shape into 2-inch balls.
Cover with waxed paper; set in refrigerator until ready to use.
Heat drippings; add a few meatballs and brown.
Remove from pan.
Saute onion in pan until soft.
Blend in flour; add tomato sauce.
Cook, covered, at least 30 minutes over medium heat.
Add sour cream, coating each meatball.
Put in chafing dish; sprinkle ripe olives over top.
