• 2/3 cup milk
 
• 1 egg, broken
 
• rye bread
 
• cauliflower florets
 
• dill seasoning
 
• celery salt
 
• onion powder
 
• bread flour
 
• brown gravy mix
 
• German beringer wine
 
• Sour cream

Directions for preparation:

• Add in the egg and milk.
• Add the rye bread. Mash it together.
• Transfer it to a loaf pan.
• Bake it at 350 F for an hour till the internal temperature reaches 110 F.
• Season the cauliflower with the dill, celery salt, onion powder,.
• Add in the bread flour and toss it around in bread flour.
• Smother them in a pan with lid on.
• Brown some mushrooms in another pan.
• Add in the gravy mix and wine to the mushrooms. Add in sour cream. Stir.
• Cook it to a desired taste.
• Serve meatloaf with the mushroom sauce and cauliflower.
