MAKING
1 In a pan, melt the butter.
2 Add in a pinch of salt.
3 On a Swedish crisp bread, spread this butter.
4 Top the bread like a pizza using cheese, blue cheese and chorizo.
5 Sprinkle with oregano.
6 Place in the oven for a few minutes just until the cheese melts.
SERVING
7 Cut into equal sizes and serve.
