Swedish Apple Pie Recipe
Once you taste this Swedish Apple Pie recipe, I am sure you will always get hooked to it. No other ingredient will make Swedish Apple Pie taste so awesome than Apple. I bet you haven't tried any European dish like Swedish Apple Pie. This is the most comforting Dessert recipe I have come across. My friends tried this Swedish Apple Pie the other day and they simply adored it. Do I need to say more?
Ingredients
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
2 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 unbaked (9 inch) pie shell
Cinnamon Topping
Directions
Mash the apples slightly in a bowl.
Mix in the flour, sugar and salt.
Beat the egg in a small bowl; beat in the vanilla.
Stir the egg mixture into the apple mixture.
Stir in the sour cream.
Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon Topping.
Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes longer.
