Swedish Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
5 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
1 onion
1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
1. Brown pork chops on both sides in hot frying pan with no butter added. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Place chops in ovenproof dish and boil frying pan off with 3/4 cup water.
3. Add tomato juice, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Slice onion and place on pork chops. Pour sauce over. Place bay leaf on top.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 475°F oven 1 5-20 minutes.
