Ingredients

 1 medium unpared orange, thinly sliced and halved
 Pineapple juice1 18 Ounce
 Currant jelly1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Quick-cooking tapioca2 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 1 11-ounce package mixed dried fruits
 1/2 cup light raisins
 Cinnamon stick4 Inch
 Water3 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

In bowl, mix orange, pineapple juice, jelly, sugar, tapioca, and salt.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Cut up large pieces of dried fruit.
In 2 1/2-quart casserole, combine mixed fruits, raisins, cinnamon, and water.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 10 minutes.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 20 minutes or till tender.
Add orange mixture.
Cook, covered, at MEDIUM (5) for 15 minutes, stirring twice.
Remove cinnamon.
