Swedish Chicken Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken or turkey | ||
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Marjoram | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Generous dash pepper | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chervil | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
Directions
Combine chicken, 1/4 cup soup, crumbs, eggs, marjoram, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 16 balls.
In skillet, brown balls in butter.
Stir in remaining soup, milk, and chervil.
Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Stir now and then.
