Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken or turkey
 Cream of celery1 Can (10oz), condensed
 Bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Marjoram1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Generous dash pepper
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Chervil1/4 Teaspoon, crushed

Directions

Combine chicken, 1/4 cup soup, crumbs, eggs, marjoram, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 16 balls.
In skillet, brown balls in butter.
Stir in remaining soup, milk, and chervil.
Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes.
Stir now and then.
