Swedish With Meringue Recipe
Swedish Desserts are quite popular & liked all across the globe.
|Sugar||1/2 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melted butter||1/2 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Egg whites||4 (MERINGUE:)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (MERINGUE:)|
|Nuts||1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (MERINGUE:)|
|Sweetened and fruit flavored whipped cream|
|Strawberries||1 Can (10oz) (FILLING & DECORATION)|
In a bowl mix all the cake ingredients.Once the ingredients are thoroughly mixed,spread it out on a pan.In a separate bowl beat egg white until stiff,to this add sugar & vanilla,mix all with a cake spoon.Spread this egg mix over the cake batter & sprinkle nuts over it.Bake it for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.Once done,take it out & let it stand for some time.Slit the cake into two halves from the middle,spread cream in between the two layers & also cover the cake completely with whipped cream. On top of the cake place strawberries over for decoration.
