Sushi Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Water | 250 Milliliter | |
| Short grain rice | 180 Milliliter | |
| Vinegar | 25 Milliliter | |
| Lemon juice | 25 Milliliter | |
| Sugar | 30 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 3 Milliliter |
Directions
Bring the water to a boil and add the rice.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook until rice absorbs the liquid.
In a small sauce pan, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into rice.
Let stand until liquid is absorbed by rice.
Cool.
