Ingredients

 Water250 Milliliter
 Short grain rice180 Milliliter
 Vinegar25 Milliliter
 Lemon juice25 Milliliter
 Sugar30 Milliliter
 Salt3 Milliliter

Directions

Bring the water to a boil and add the rice.
Reduce heat.
Cover and cook until rice absorbs the liquid.
In a small sauce pan, combine the vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into rice.
Let stand until liquid is absorbed by rice.
Cool.
