 Crust
 1/2 box Zwiebach
 Sugar3 Tablespoon
 Butter3 Tablespoon, melted
 Flour3 Tablespoon (Filling)
 Sugar1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)

 18 oz. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
 Egg yolks6 (Filling)
 Sour cream1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Filling)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon (Filling)
 Egg whites6 (Filling)
 Sugar3 Tablespoon (Filling)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven at 350˚.
2) Cream the cheese.
3) Sift together the flour, salt and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
4) For making the crumb mixture, finely grate the Zwiebach and mix it together with the sugar and butter.
5) Bake 3/4 of the mixture to form the crust.

MAKING

6) Mix together the creamed cheese and the flour.
7) Add the beaten egg yolks, vanilla and sour cream into the flour mixture.
8) Beat the egg whites with sugar till fluffy.
9) Add it to the mixture.
10) Pour the filling into the crust and top it with the unbaked crust mixture.
11) Bake for 1 hour and then leave the cake in the switched off oven for the same time.

SERVING
12) Serve the cheesecake with whipped cream.
