 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise2 Tablespoon
 Cream4 Tablespoon
 Sweet lime1

 Apple1
 Orange and sweet lime juice2 Tablespoon
 Castor sugar1 Teaspoon
 Pepper1 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce1 Tablespoon
 Chili powder1 Teaspoon
 Peaches1 Can (10 oz)
 Boiled eggs3

Directions

â–¡ Mix the white sauce and 1 tblsp, mayonnaise.
â–¡ Add the grated nuts, prunes, cherries, celery, corriander leaves, chillies and mix well.
D Add the grated cheese, chopped fruit, sugar, pepper, chilli powder, tabasco and tomato sauce.
D To this mixture, add the rest of the mayonnaise.
D Mash and add the peaches swith some of the syrup and fold in the cream.
D Pour into a mould and chill.
D Garnish with quartered boiled eggs and cream.
