 Butter/Margarine3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

 Vanilla1 Teaspoon
 Eggs4 standard
 1 cup shredded radishes, well drained
 Dairy sour cream1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Milk3 Tablespoon
 Orange peel1 Teaspoon, finely shredded
 Instant cocoa mix1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 recipe Powdered Sugar Icing

Directions

Grease and lightly flour a 10 inch fluted tube pan; set aside.
Stir together the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
In a large mixer bowl beat the butter or margarine with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds.
Add the sugar and vanilla; beat till fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating for 1 minute after each.
In a small bowl stir together the drained radishes, sour cream, milk, and orange peel.
Add dry ingredients and sour cream mixture alternately to butter mixture, beating on low speed after each addition just till combined.
Transfer 1 cup of the cake batter to a small mixing bowl; gently fold in the cocoa mix.
Spoon the plain cake batter into the prepared pan.
Spoon the cocoa batter on top in a ring; do not spread the cocoa batter to the edges.
Bake in a 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or till cake tests done.
Cool cake in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan; cool thoroughly on rack.
Prepare Powdered Sugar Icing; drizzle atop.
