Surprise Salad Recipe
Ingredients
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whipped cream
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O in water.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar and pineapple.
Mix and chill.
When starting to set, add cheese, nuts and whipped cream.
Chill until set.
