Surprise Salad Recipe
The taste of this particular Surprise Salad recipe has occupied my senses so much that I hardly ever go for any other recipe of Surprise Salad. This recipe is a good way to use Vegetable. This Surprise Salad makes a compelling Appetizer for most party meals. You don't need to be an expert to make out how mouth-watering and flavorful this dish really is.
Ingredients
10 oz spinach, stalks removed
2 heads of Boston lettuce, hand torn
4-5 French shallots, chopped
2 oranges, peeled, diced
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
Dressing
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tsp orange juice
1 tsp orange peel, grated
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp celery seeds
2/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
In a large serving dish, arrange fruit and vegetables decoratively.
Mix dressing ingredients.
Pour over fruit and vegetables.
