Surprise Salad Recipe
Once you taste this Surprise Salad recipe, I am sure you will always get hooked to it. Best enjoyed as a Side Dish this recipe was taught to me by a dear friend who also happens to be a great chef. In my estimation, if one calls oneself a good cook, one ought to have a personal recipe of Surprise Salad, just like I do.
Ingredients
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup fine grated cabbage
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Add boiling water to Jello; stir in marsh mallows until melted.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into 9x9 pan and chill.
