Surprise Meat Balls Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1/2 pound | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Dry bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup 7-Up | ||
| Garlic salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon onion salt | ||
| 24 or more small stuffed green olives | ||
Directions
Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, 7-Up and seasonings.
Place 1 tablespoon or smaller amount of meat mixture into palm of hand and flatten.
Place an olive in center of meat and mold meat around olive.
Place meat 2-inches from broiler and broil for 6 to 8 minutes.
Turn once.
Insert a toothpick into each meatball and serve hot.
Makes 24 or more meat balls.
