Surprise Custard Recipe
Ingredients
| Cornflour | 45 Milliliter | |
| Vanilla sugar | 10 Milliliter | |
| Milk | 225 Milliliter | |
| Butter | 15 Gram | |
| Single cream or creamy milk-30 - 60 ml (2-4 tbsp) | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a heatproof bowl, mix the cornflour with the sugar.
2. Add the milk and the butter in small pieces
3. Mix well while adding the sugar in a single stream
MAKING
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2 1/2 minutes, uncovered, stirring halfway through cooking time.
5. Allow to cool
SERVING
6. Serve immediately
TIP
If the mix is too thick, add a little cream, creamy milk or thin milk to thin out the custard
