Surprise Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup diced roasted sweet red peppers or pimentos
4 large pitted ripe olives, thinly sliced
1/4 cup chili sauce
4 hamburger buns
Directions
1. In medium-sized bowl, mix ground beef, water, salt, and pepper; divide meat mixture into 8 portions. On waxed paper, pat each portion of meat into a 3 1/2-inch round patty.
2. Top each of 4 ground-beef patties with 1 tablespoon diced red pepper, a quarter of the olive slices, and 1 tablespoon chili sauce, leaving a 1/4 inch border around the edges. Top with remaining 4 patties. Pinch edges to seal.
3. Place filled burgers on rack in 12" by 8" baking dish. Cook at high (100% power) 3 minutes. Turn burgers over and rotate the dish a half turn. Cook 1 1/2 to 3 minutes until of desired doneness.
