 Crab8 Ounce, rinsed
 6 tablespoons light, reduced-calorie mayonnaise
 1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 1/4 cup sliced green onion
 1/2 cup diced ripe tomato, seeded
 1/2 cup diced unpeeled cucumber, seeded
 Cilantro1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 Hot pepper sauce1 Dash
 5 1-ounce whole-wheat pita breads
 5 small pieces leaf lettuce

Directions

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread and lettuce.
Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Split each pita carefully around top edge of bread, about one-third of the circumference of the bread.
Insert lettuce leaf in pita and fill with 1/2 cup surimi mixture.
