Ingredients
fillet mignon 4 oz - 2
prawn - 4
marination for prawn
olive oil - 20 ml
garlic minced - 15 gms
parsley chopped- 20 gms
chili flakes - 10 gms
salt & pepper to taste
sauce for fillet mignon
mushroom - 50 gms
Red bell peppers- 20 gms
beef stock - 100 ml
red wine - 15 ml
corn starch - 20 gms
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Marinate the shrimp with the ingredients mentioned & set it aside.
Rub fillet mignon with little salt & pepper & grill it.
Finish it off in an oven for about 10 minutes for medium done.
Cook the shrimp also in an oven for about 8-10 minutes.
For sauce
Saute some sliced mushroom in a skillet.
Add chopped bell peppers.
De glaze it with red wine.
Then add brown stock & reduce it for a while.
Add seasoning in that.
Thicken it with some corn starch till saucy consistency is achived.
Then arrange the plate & pour sauce on the mignon.
Serve hot.
