Ingredients

 Large shrimp12 , deveined
 Halibut - 1/2 lb., cut into 1-inch cubes
 Red pepper - 1 , cut into 1-inch pieces
 Purple onion - 1 1/2, cut into 1-inch pieces
 Lowfat margarine - 2 T.
 Black pepper1 Tablespoon
 Seasoned salt1 Tablespoon
 10-inch wooden skewers - 8 , soaked in water and drained
 Nonfat cooking spray

Directions

GETTING READY
1 Onto the skewers alternatively thread the shrimp along with red pepper and onion.
2 In a small bowl, add margerine , pepper and seasoned salt. Mix well.
3 Coat the grill with a cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.

MAKING
4 Horzontally, arrange the skewers on the grill and brush with sesaoned butter.
5 Grill for about 4 - 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily.

SERVING
6 Serve hot alongwith any melted sauce (optional)
