Surf and Sea Kebabs Recipe
Ingredients
| Large shrimp | 12 , deveined | |
| Halibut - 1/2 lb., cut into 1-inch cubes | ||
| Red pepper - 1 , cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Purple onion - 1 1/2, cut into 1-inch pieces | ||
| Lowfat margarine - 2 T. | ||
| Black pepper | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Seasoned salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 10-inch wooden skewers - 8 , soaked in water and drained | ||
| Nonfat cooking spray | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Onto the skewers alternatively thread the shrimp along with red pepper and onion.
2 In a small bowl, add margerine , pepper and seasoned salt. Mix well.
3 Coat the grill with a cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
MAKING
4 Horzontally, arrange the skewers on the grill and brush with sesaoned butter.
5 Grill for about 4 - 7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the fish flakes easily.
SERVING
6 Serve hot alongwith any melted sauce (optional)
