Supremes with Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Ham slice | 4 | |
| 4 breasts chicken, boned and cooked | ||
| Butter | 1 Ounce (Sauce) | |
| Flour | 1 Ounce (Sauce) | |
| Milk | 1/2 Pint (Sauce) | |
| White wine | 1 Tablespoon (Sauce) | |
| 2 tbs single cream or top of milk | ||
| 9 oz pkt frozen broccoli | ||
| Mushrooms | 2 Ounce, sliced (Sauce) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wrap each slice ham round a breast of chicken and place in a heatproof serving dish.
Melt butter, stir in flour.
Stir in milk; bring to the boil and simmer for 3 min, stirring all the time.
Add salt and pepper, stir in wine and cream.
Coat ham and chicken with the sauce and heat through in oven for 15 min.
Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender.
Fry mushrooms until tender.
Arrange broccoli round edge of dish and mushrooms over the top.
