Ingredients

 Chicken breast - 175 grams or 6ounces
 Spanish onion25 Gram
 Pepper red25 Gram
 Chicken stock cube - 1/2
 Water - 150 millilitres or 1/4 pint
 Marsala or sherry - 15 millilitres or 1 tablespoon
 Cornflour - 10 millilitres or 2 level teaspoons
 Skimmed milk - 30 millilitres or 2 tablespoons

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit.
2. Skin chicken breast.
3. Thinly slice the onion and pepper.

MAKING
4. Into a saucepan, crumble and mix 1/2 stock cube with water; add Marsala and vegetables and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
5. In a cup, mix corn flour in little cold water and stir into the saucepan; simmer for 1-2 minutes.

FINALISING
6. Into a casserole dish, place chicken breasts and pour sauce on top.
7. Using a foil or lid, seal dish and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

SERVING
8. Serve hot Supreme Of Chicken Marsala over a nest of spaghetti.
